I will have about 25min to guide participants through a Gong Immersion Meditation, then afterwards I will have my giant ‘Stand-In’ Tibetan bowl for those who want to stand in it in front of the Gong and feel the vibrations throughout your body..
No need to call or reserve a spot.. Just come on by before the 10:30 church service start time..
