We will spend a little time exploring with somatic breathwork and micro movement and begin to release or integrate with the sensations of any lingering tension in our bodies.\nChristopher will then flow us right into a beautifully led drum circle.\nEach person gets to lay down and receive a Shamanic Style Healing with a few different drums played over the body as well as an Ocean Drum.\nBenefits of a drum circle:\nThere is power in drumming alone\, but that power recombines and multiplies on many simultaneous levels in a group of drummers.
